GLMediaPlayerImpl
- Added ringbuffer subTexFree, managing Texture for bitmap'ed subtitles

Could be potentially reduced to just 2 .. but resources used are
relatively low here.
- Validating subTexFree + videoFramesFree usage,

- Receives subtitle content from native getNextPacket0() via callback,
creates SubtitleEvent instance and passes it to a SubtitleEventListener - if exists.

the event and allowing us to put back the Texture resource to 'subTexFree'.
This passing through of the Texture object is probably a weakness of this lifecycle

We can finally utilize the added pass through audio PTS, see commits

This enables us to use the audio PTS as the master-clock and adjust video to the untouched audio.
In case no audio is selected/playing or audio is muted,
we sync merely on the system-clock (SCR) w/o audio.
AV granularity is 22ms, however, since the ALAudioSink PTS may be a little late,
it renders even a slightly better sync in case of too early audio (d_apts < 0).
Since video frames are sync'ed to audio, the resync procedure may result
in a hysteresis swinging into sync. This might be notable at start
and when resumed audio or after seek.
We leave the audio frames untouched to reduce processing burden
and allow non-disrupted listening.

TextureSequence allows implementations to provide their own texture lookup function
which may provide color space conversion (YUV) .. or other runtime hw-accel features.
Have a look at the next commit, which provides an Libav/FFMpeg implementation w/ YUV/RGB shader conversion.
MovieCube adds keyboard control (Android: firm touch on display to launch keyboard, don't break it though :)

GLMediaPlayer:
Merging 'initStream()' and 'initGL()' to 'initGLStream()' due to incompatible/buggy implementations (Android/Tegra)
requiring the GL texture being setup before preparing the stream.
This also implies that w/o an GL context we cannot fetch the stream information (size, ..)
hence we need to evaluate this detail (FIXME).
'getNextTexture(GL gl, boolean blocking)' can request the impl. to block

Android API 14 MediaPlayer allows usage of OMX AL direct decode to texture via libstagefright (OMX AL usage included).
Status: Untested, not working - Need to fix native OMX IL (stream detect and split) and/or GStreamer implementation.
