    PR788: Elluminate Live! is not working
    * NEWS: Update.
    * netx/net/sourceforge/jnlp/runtime/JNLPClassLoader.java
    (checkForMain): If localFile is null (JAR couldn't be downloaded), try to
    continue, rather than allowing the exception to cause an abort.
