AWTGLPixelBufferProvider uses GLPixelBufferProvider's requiresNewBuffer(..) which returns true if - allowRowStride==true and pixel-buffer size < required-size, or - allowRowStride==false and pixel-buffer size < required _or_ width doesn't match otherwise it returns true, i.e. the AWTGLPixelBuffer is reused.
