'Surfaceless Upstream Surface' Preparation for Bug 1068: GLContext creation and makeCurrent without default framebuffer - Unify EGL surface related code in EGLSurface - EGLWrappedSurface -> EGLSurface, which utilizes a more straight forward foreign upstream surface (X11, GDI, ..) to EGL mapping.
