Bug 1362: Final general lifecycle fixes of unit tests
SWT unit tests must wait while issuing 'display.readAndDispatch()'
so essential event dispatching won't get blocked.
Previous AWTRobotUtil cleanup and these patches ensure proper lifecycle checks.
